Our Digital Leader Team is made up of two children from each class from Year 3 to Year 6.  This team is a relatively new to Shakespeare, beginning only last year, but already making a positive impact around our school environment. 

 

The children attend regular meetings sharing knowledge and ideas to improve both our computing curriculum and using the computing equipment for our thematic curriculum.  Although quite new, the team has already made some changes. Last year they requested the purchase of mice that can be used with our learning laptops. These were purchased and are now available for all children. The team also purchased a coding book for each class. These are labelled and on each class book shelf.

 

This year the team will be ensuring our E-safety is kept up to date. Be prepared to be reminded to put away your mobile phones when in the grounds of the school! They will also be able to tell you how to stay safe when using the Internet.

The pupil voice at Shakespeare Primary School is definitely being heard and acted upon.
