Synagogue Visit

Year 6 had a wonderfully informative morning at Plymouth Synagogue, enriching their learning about Judaism and also its connection to their theme work of World War Two. We have been reading the story of Rose Blanche, a little German girl who stumbled across a concentration camp during the war and how she helped feed the starving Jewish children. We have also been listening to the audio book, "The Boy in Striped Pyjamas".
